NOSE
Bountiful fruit notes – peach, gooseberry, mango, lemon curd and pineapple upside down cake. Then golden honey, vanilla bon-bons and muscovado sugar, with a hint of fresh mint leaves.
PALETTE
Caramelised bananas in toffee sauce, peaches and cream and cherry bakewells intertwined with ripe plums, strawberry jam and white chocolate fudge
FINISH
Long and sweet with lasting creamy toffee notes.
