NOSE
Warm apple strudel with cinnamon and nutmeg spice, cranberry sauce, and honey cakes followed by lavish caramel and rich dark chocolate.
PALETTE
Violet cream, sticky dates, and milk chocolate raisins with hint of sweet ginger spice and candid sweet orange peel.
FINISH
Incredibly rich with sweet spice.

Situated on the shores of Scapa Flow, our tiny manually operated operation is forged by our environment. And though we are at the mercy of nature, we have also harnessed it to produce a truly unique single malt.
