Bursts of sweet nectarines and caramelised pineapples above a layer of Mejdool dates, cherry compote, milk chocolate and toffee. Hints of walnut whip complement beautifully
PALETTE
A wonderfully sweet start with homemade blackcurrant jam, sultana loaf and treacle pudding. Luscious dark chocolate, liquorice, hazelnut praline and warming cinnamon spice make for a delightful palate

From milling to distillation, every stage in the production of Scapa is overseen by the artisans. Situated on the shores of Scapa Flow, our tiny manually operated operation is forged by our environment. And though we are at the mercy of nature, we have also harnessed it to produce a truly unique single malt.
