TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Juicy pineapple and banana with subtle lemon curd, drizzled with molasses. Hints of white chocolate and hints of jasmine flowers conclude.
PALETTE
Bursts of fruit, with pineapples, peaches and apples, wrapped up in moreish vanilla custard and complemented by manuka honey and a slight spiciness.
FINISH
Sweet, fruity and long.

Situated on the shores of Scapa Flow, our tiny manually operated operation is forged by our environment. And though we are at the mercy of nature, we have also harnessed it to produce a truly unique single malt.
